Account Executive e-Mail Networks, Inc. is a San Diego based e-mail marketing company looking for highly motivated business and communications majors who are punctual, professional, respectful, and have strong written and verbal communication skills.
We have aggressive growth plans and need dedicated team members with entrepreneurial spirit to help grow our business. Account Executive Interns are responsible for expanding company presence in the marketplace.
e-Mail Networks will provide interns with the industry’s most progressive training, tools and technology to assist you in developing your skills. You will work with a sales coach to learn valuable sales techniques to help you excel in this industry.
Primary responsibilities:
- Creating relationships with local and national businesses and organizations
- Assistance with building lead database
- Drafting proposals and agreements
- Attending networking functions
- Maintaining customer relationships
- Becoming well versed in e-mail marketing technology
- Providing technical support for clients
The right candidate will:
- Have an understanding of marketing concepts
- Be well versed with the Internet and associated technologies
- Be able to explain technical issues to non-technical individuals
- Have ability to quickly build relationships at trade shows and networking events
- Ability to communicate effectively and accurately on phone and e-mail with clients and prospects
- Have knowledge Microsoft Office programs
- Have sales and customer service experience
- Flexible schedule 20-30 hours per week
- Have ability to conduct Internet research

e-Mail Networks will provide assistants with the industry’s most progressive training, tools and technology to assist you in developing your skills.
Primary responsibilities:
- Becoming well versed in e-mail marketing technology
- Providing technical support for clients
- Formatting and creating images for the web and HTML newsletters using Photoshop or Fireworks
- Modifying and creating HTML e-mail templates
- Performing website updates using Dreamweaver
- Maintaining customer relationships
The right candidate will:
- Manage time very effectively
- Be well versed with the Internet and associated technologies
- Be able to explain technical issues to non-technical individuals
- Have the ability to communicate effectively and accurately on phone and through e-mail with clients and prospects
- Be familiar with Microsoft Office programs, Dreamweaver and Photoshop
- Have customer service experience
- Work a flexible schedule of 20-30 hours per week.
- Have the ability to conduct Internet research
- Have copywriting and editing skills
