Return on Investment (ROI) analysis is now possible with e-Mail Networks' Revenue Tracking Tool. Revenue tracking is an upgrade feature that is designed for email marketing users who need to measure the total revenue being generated from an email marketing campaign.
Revenue tracking traces and collects what links subscribers clicked on (e.g."20% Off Summer Sale Clothing "), and records how much revenue was generated as a direct result of a particular email message. This is a powerful tool to determine your return on investment for online marketing campaigns.
For instance, you could send a marketing message to 20,000 subscribers interested in concert tickets. In the message, you could offer "exclusive pre-sale ticket availability", where by subscribers would have first choice seating if they purchase within 36 hours. Then, in real time, track the number of subscribers who: opened the message, clicked on message, and purchased tickets.
Any client that doesn't block "cookies" in their Internet Browser can be tracked. We place a tracking tool (cookie) on their computer when they click on a link. These links are contained in emails we send through our system... they can take customers to e-commerce pages, for example.
